I am a Registered Occupational Therapist practicing in British Columbia. I am a full member of the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia, Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists, the World Federation of Occupational Therapists, British Association of Occupational Therapists and Health Professionals Council of the United Kingdom. Since graduating from the Welsh School of Occupational Therapy, University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff in 1983, I have practised in the areas of neurology (including brain injury), orthopedics (including soft tissue injury) and psychiatry. I have practiced these areas of specialty in the acute care setting, rehabilitation setting and in the community, assessing and treating clients in their homes and work environments. I have provided clinical placement teaching to Occupational Therapy Students from Oxford School of Occupational Therapy in the United Kingdom and first and fourth year students from the University of British Columbia.
